  • An additional fee of 50,000 VND per person will apply if your pick-up location is more than 3km and up to a maximum of 5km from Hoi An Post Office.

Free cancellation Policy:
  • Deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made at least 2 days prior to the service date.
  • In case of cancellation, the guest is fully responsible for all banking fees, including:
    • Currency conversion fee
    • International transfer fee
    • Intermediary bank charges (if any)
  • Refunded amount = Total Deposit – (Bank Fees + Currency Exchange Fees)
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 2 days or in case of no-shows.
