About this activity

The driver will pick you up at locations within a maximum distance of 3 km from Hoi An Post Office (06 Tran Hung Dao Street). If your hotel is located in a narrow alley, car-restricted area, or pedestrian zone, please provide your hotel information and address, and we will guide you to the most convenient pick-up point. An additional fee of 50,000 VND per person will apply if your pick-up location is more than 3 km and up to a maximum of 5 km from Hoi An Post Office.

- Baggage information: Each passenger is allowed to bring one 24-inch luggage (22 inches x 11 inches x 9 inches) with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag for free. Additional baggage may be refused or charged if there is no space on the vehicle to accommodate it.
- Driver: Speaks Vietnamese but knows how to use whatsapp and google translate to communicate with you.
- Customer service (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7.
- Late/early surcharge from 09:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.: 5/7/19 USD for 4/7/16-seat car (pay directly to the driver).

Pick up guests in hoi an city center ( within a radius of 3km from the hoi an post office, over 3km there will be a surcharge depending on the specific distance ). drop off in Hoi An city center.
We will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details Please provide: Pick up date & time, number of pax, pick up and drop off point, Full name (all passengers), Year of birth (all passengers). Waiting time: 15 minutes. Booking will be canceled and 100% charged if waiting time is exceeded.
For same-day bookings with a pick-up time close to the successful booking notification time, please wait about 15 to 30 minutes for the car to arrive at the pick-up point.
